At Eagle Bend Apostolic Church, a huge emphasis has been placed upon home Bible studies.  This is far and away our most effective means of outreach. While some individuals will not feel comfortable coming to a church service immediately, a Bible study is a low-pressure atmosphere, and that is our connection to them.  Through Bible studies, many have walked into the doors of EBAC that would have never been there otherwise.

This past February, the very first We Love Clinton, TN event was held and it was a great success.  The ultimate goal was to support the community and give a good impression of EBAC to the city.  The church hosted and sponsored the event, but it was not strictly an Apostolic function. We held an all-day event, sold We Love Clinton, TN bumper stickers and t-shirts, had special speakers from around the community, and in the end, we donated every penny that was raised to the D.A.R.E program for the city of Clinton. The response from the local community has been incredible. This will be an annual event.

Finally, the people of Clinton, TN are very interested in dramas and theatrical productions. We have recognized this and put a lot of effort into providing Apostolic performances for the community. Most recently, we wrote and produced The Prodigal Son, an old parable of Christ with a new twist.  We invite people to events (productions, donation drives for the community, marathons), and use those events as bait for church services.

A variety of things work well, but home Bible studies, the We Love Clinton, TN event, and theatrical productions are our biggest exposures and outreach opportunities.
