The application process is as easy as 1-2-3!

  • Fill out the online form and click “Submit”
  • The application goes into review
  • If approved, you will receive an AAC Policy & Procedure document, and the AAC Agreement form that must be signed and returned to the Director within seven (7) business days.

Complete the following application as completely as possible. If at any point you need to leave the form and return to it at a later time, simply click the “Save and continue later” link at the bottom of the form and you’ll be provided instructions on how to return to the application. Once completed, your application will be delivered to your Regional Missions America Director, who will begin the review and approval process.
